I am Arun S Shamnur holding Airtel number 7348254799 from 2015 till date. I have rise the complaint, at I am facing network issue ( not network signal and no data network) from from last 18 month. Am fed up with Airtel customer care. Every week I only have to called them check status no one will be calling me.
Airtel customer care are using same word every time ‘ sorry’ , ‘I understand,’ ‘give us 2monts time’ ,’ extremely sorry,’ etc…
Am paying Airtel bill unnecessary.
