I am a postpaid customer of vodafone since 4 to 6 years approximately. In this time period the carrier services charges are 399 for 3 months in prepaid but although i am into postpaid by paying 499 rupees because of the facilities and my busy schedule. Its been an more than year trying to call the customer care executive about my query but no use they raise complaint and never came with a solution for it till now.
