I am using Vi postpaid sim from 31 may 2024 While using the SIM card, I see some things like range problem, internet speed not good, frequent call drops, call not coming, call voice problem.
I see only 1 and 2 range bars in my mobile.
Sometime it’s showing 4G and every time showing E bar this problems regarding I had complained 4 times but my problem was not solved.your team 1 st complaint call me and said sir we are trying your problem will solved 2 days and 2nd complaint no one call me and complaint closed
Every time I register complaint your team told me sir wait we are working
Last 28 days I am facing issue and register lots of complaint but my problem not solved
So give me permission to port sim or your network I will not be able to pay the bill until the problem is solved
I can’t use this sim with this problem, I am paying you around 700 rupees per month.
