Respected Sir/Madam,

  With reference of above subject, i wish to write you against the reported complaint of 79160313 Dated 03-SEP-2017 to AIrtel. Several complaints has been reported against the week network of my living area, provided complaint number is latest one which seems open at Airtel end since the case has escalated upto CEO level.

Sir/ Madam, there is very poor network at my location (KashiNath Patil Nagar, Pune Satara Road, Dhankwadi, Pune which is purely Urban area) which is accepted by Airtel team but they are unable to resolve it. im facing lot of interruption, voice disturbance issues while call. Most of time i heard complaints of colleagues that my number found unreachable when I’m at home. Even 2G data connection also established.

After written lot of mail to nodal officers then Appellate & finaly CEO, im not got proper response them. even after asked many time to provide timeline, they unable to provide. Finlay i decided to port the number & share the port request number to AIrtel to clear port request but then also they passed the time till the port request validity over. And now there is not any communication from Airtel team.

Nowdays, i stopped payment & clearly told to Airtel team to resolve the network issue then only i will make the payment but since then in getting multiple calls from Airtel team for payment.

I want to claim on company because of such discommode.
