Respected Vodafone Team,

I, Sandeep Modi, using Vodafone sim since 2006, and respecting Vodafone(presently VI) very much, for below reasons,
1. Staff nature/attitude/honesty to solve customer problem at any cost.
2. Network quality
3. No unusual deduction of balance.
4. Best in every thing.

But this is my first experience in these 15 Years, that I have to send a mail for same.
I had visited Navsari VI store, 02 times.
One time made complaint from 198.

sms received to inform me, that problem is solved, but not in actual.
One call is also received for telling sorry for inconvenience caused, but still problem is as it was.

Problem is, very poor network since last 20 days in my area only.
Also I am informing that that there is one damage in nearby VI tower, so we are facing this issue.
But nobody ready to here my Voice.
Presenlty we have moved to my sisters Home, Vesma, near Navsari.
My address:

Hoping not only favorable reply but solving the issue, which is very big for me, but very small for VI Team.
