Team,
This is a formal complaint about. Vodafone. Experiencing network issue for 2 years and more now. I have been paying my bills to Vodafone for last almost 8 years without fail. The network issues have gone worst for the last 2 years and more.
I have contacted Vodafone and they have acknowledged the problem and they have denied helping me out.
They have been asking me to pay my bills and not fix the problem.
It’s frustrating and has been rather bothering to pay my bills and Vodafone not taking any step to fix the issue.
I even wrote to CEO vodafone: Sunil Sood complaining about network team but his team has denied any help and want me to pay my bills regularly.
I need help.
Team please intervene.
