Team,

Since Saturday, network with Vodafone has been pathetic & even the customer service the worst which i have experienced for last 10+yrs.

No proper resolution, no callbacks, but realized that the issue has been resolved WITHOUT checking on customer consent.

Being with Vodafone last 10+yrs, the services which we went through for last last 2days is very BAD & PATHETHIC & REMAINS UNRESOLVED.

My number 9886610281(Primary number), has since stopped working since saturday almost post noon, & everytime i call customer service i get only one same sentence within 2hours it will be resolved, & which realized never happened.

I called today(April 01st @ 5.30am) with utter disappointment to customer service again from my secondary number (8884655661) & spoke to Sandeep & Rakshith(executives) seeking for managers as i was disappointed without any resolution. Was informed that there are no line managers, no senior executives on floor to take escalation calls so early in the morning & will be available post 8.30am & asked me to callback again to speak to them which i purely denied.

Disappointed with customer service where my issue never resolved, i informed the last executive if there in no callback resolution by 8.30am or 9am by Manager with resolution or a confirmed promising TAT on resolution, i have decided to PORT the ALL the vodafone connections to a different operator immediately.

Vodafone showcases of network being fastened every hour, but for last 2days have not been able to provide a convincing resolution for a customer whose been with you & every time same comment that it will be resolved in 2hrs & will be escalated to Senior manager.

A major DSAT with Vodafone, & will never recommend Vodafone to any new connections & also will pass on my experience to all the existing Vodafone connections.
