I have log many complaints regarding network issue from 4th of january 2022 to 19th of january 2022. Have escalated this problem and log complaints many times before but no solution yet. Now customer care executive says this problem will remain same further months.
And I have paid my bills but unless or until they have to charge late fees that is not fix. And they advertising and promoting as they are number 1 telecom company and high speed providers.
They are totally fraud and there exicutive have no manners to talk.
