Dear sir,
I am facing network issue from the day of joining in Vodafone .
I talked with customer care about my issue.
Here I explained what customer care suggested me
1>switch off my mobile put sim on slot 1 and restart phone my problem short out
No results then I again called.
2>put my sim to another mobile and check.
Same network issue with both mobile.
3>put network selection in manual mode
No results
4>Manually setting of confugconfigu.
No results.
5>we are upgrading our network speed so there may be a network issue this problem will short out by tomorrow 8 am
Then again I called customer care and they blocked my connection.
Vodafone nonsense company don’t have any manner to short out customer problems.If we call again and again to short out problem u Vodafone nonsense family blocked customers connection to customer care.
This type of culture Vodafone people are following.
If you are unable to give service then clearly say to customer that u have a network strength problem all over Mumbai.
