Text of Complaint by Kishan:

I have ported from vodafone to airtel checking open network service of airtel which showed a good connectivity in my location.

 Now i am not able to receive calls from anynany  Even though phone is kept idol it says the number is currently busy. Even then with full signal bars i am not receiving calls instead people are hearing beep sound. At this pandemic situation i am not able to receive bank otp in my number and this number is my primary connection. I have reported airtel customer care on daily basis about my issue and there is no proper resolution for the same. The simple reply of cc executive is to register complaint through airtel thanks app which is also not working for me. I really don’t know what to do i have been cheated by open network of airtel. I am loosing lot of important calls due to this. Internet service is also not working even with 4G but secondary sim can be made use for it but incoming call which is  basic necessity of mobile service is being denied by this airtel.

  1. SOLUTION:

    After porting from vodafone to airtel, my calls were working properly, but there was no internet connection.
    Restarting the mobile solved the problem!
