I facing network issues for last 7 days. I complaint several times but didn’t get any solution.Your customer care executive told me to select Vodafone manually i did then they told wait for 24 hours i waited then then told me to select idea network i said it showing idea forbidden, it won’t get selected then they say i will select idea but finally i was not able to select idea as well.
Now they are telling the team is working for the same then i asked what time will get it to recover then they told don’t know may b 1 day 1 week or 1 month.
I have just recharged my number so can’t request for a numbers portability.
Nie just tell me what should i do. Should k keep using Vodafone network or port it to any other network..
