The net speed is almost 0.3kb/sec almost all the time. I have complained 4 times in Vodafone customer care number (144). But they provided no solution. Last time I called 144 and the person who took the call behaviour was very rude. The person first cut the call again I called. She spoke to me in very rude manner. She told if you need further more I will arrange a call from manager level. But she didn’t done. I didn’t get any call from Vodafone. Also she is shouting to me. They are telling that that are giving service but they are exploiting the customers. I experienced a worst behaviour from customer care centre. I recommend all the people don’t use Vodafone because you will loose your money at the same time you will experience bad manners from them when you start to complain. So go to some other network.
