I have network coverage issue. I have complained it in Vodafone customer care service but they didn’t take any measures to solve the problems. Once I called the service provider disconnected my call and the again I called and waited for long to connect to the customer service. The response that I got is little bit harsh donor keeping any good manners to the customers. Simply they are not helping customers they are exploiting the customers. Once you don’t want to help your customers just shut your company. Don’t make trouble to the person. My experience with Vodafone is very bad beaches they are providing bad service and also customer care very very bad.
