Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report the extremely slow internet connection we are experiencing near our region.
From our end, the connection speed usually shows 0.00kb/s, the highest internet speed here is 10 to 20kb/s and we most of the times have problems in using google. This has significantly affected our life. And actually in this region all are suffering from the same issue. Sometimes there is no network for even calling. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I wonder if you can send people to come over and help to check cables. Atleast this will help us to locate the problem and hopefully can speed up the internet soon.
