With all the patients I had from the past 3 years, I have no other choice left except to raise a complaint here.
I am airtel’s customer from the past 10 years and I had a 4G sim from the past 4 years. The first network complaint I raised was 3 years back. And I’m continuously raising complaints since then but never got any resolution for the same. I have invested a lot of money in airtel but find;t received its services as it should be or as airtel promises. Currently, I have a full year prepaid plan on my number which costs me RS 2398 but the network services I am getting is just null.
Kindly look into this. I really feel like a cheated customer.
