Dear concern
I am a prime member of the airtel family since 19 years and almost i was satisfied with the services and other concerns.
Past a few months, the experience of the Airtel is pathetic. There are no network coverage in the surrounding area where I live. Every time the phone becomes silent, not reachable or switched off. Very disappointing to say that there are five members in my family who are using your network, but now searching other network, because of your service.
Past two weeks I am regularly in touch with your customer care and requesting them to plan a visit at my home to that they could know that the exact problem, but very sorry to say nobody is taking the initiative to resolve the issue.
This is my last and final call to all of you, kindly resolve the issue and meet me to know the status. Hope you will understand the facts and will take the necessary action as earlier as possible. Also waiting for the visit of your engineer.
