I am facing difficulty in getting vodafone network in My area ( Ravet Pune – 412101). I have filed multiple complaints from past 2 years, & resolutions/ improvements are not made. The reason that was told to me was ” My area has high rise buildings , so network is bad”. I want to ask this question to vodafone, Why are you charging so much for it, if you cannot handle a small area like Ravet which has high rise building ( Max floor – 14) . What about Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, wherein there are bigger buildings, there your network should not even work. Stop selling shitty reasons to your customers and start doing your job.
There helpline also does not track any complaints. few Requests No. raised by me,tracked by me – 52422434, 523895496.
I was hoping that vodafone is a network provider, i was wrong to assume that.
Requesting consumer court to file a strong case against such fraud providers from outside India, and remove their existence from this country.
