Im using Vodafone postpaid connection from past 6 years,from last december 2021 i facing the network issues continusly,and i gave a complaints through IVR options,The Representatives claim that the problem with sim card,so i replaced the sim card on last december and till dated im paying my bills correctly,due to my job change i shifted my location to Bangalore and again im facing the same issue,then i call the customer care through IVR they says that problem in mobile phone,even i change my mobile still im not able to comemout of this issues,but the bills are coming on time and they ask me to pay the bills for non usage of 4G benefits,
