Sir I want to complaint against this company.. It’s been more than nine months since I am facing network issue.. I have filled numerous complaints against this to the customer care department.. Not once my complaint has been resolved. Nor am I refunded for the loss I had to face regarding this issue. The recharge that I use to do amounts from 600-800 but I haven’t gained any benefit from this. Not only this many times I have asked the customer care executive to let me talk to his/her senior, but no one responsed once. Either the hang up or let call go in waste. This the care you show to your customers. I really need someone to look forward to this complaint.
