Continuously I am facing issue network issue at my home.
Actually it doesn’t working anywhere with good speed as per your commitment but at my home side it’s completely not working.
Many more time I have raised the request but not getting relevant response. Last time around 2 month back your engineer visited at home and fix the issue but it’s causing issue again and again post rectification within couple of days it’s start creating problem.
Yesterday I call to customer care 3 time but don’t get relevant response from them ,for clarification you can check the recorded line. Your executive is not ready to provide the solution , I request to him to arrange call back but I don’t get any call or service from them.executives name are Dimple ( Sr. Team leader) and Roshan (executive).
If you are not able to provide the service as per your commitment then stop saying for fastest 4G network provider. It’s showing 4G full signal but not able access google page. Please refer the attachment for ref.
As per my observations post merger with idea , now internet service is worst than worst.
They are making fool to customer on the name of 4G network service . they are providing internet speed like 2kbps, 4 kbps
