Text of Complaint by Col k S bidhan:

  1. My name is Col K S Bidhan, I am using prepaid connection with number 9797322633. Previously it was postpaid but since I have converted it in prepaid I have been facing many frequent issues with the network. As it just goes so sudden and then whosoever I make a call or try to make a call it gets connected with the service centre. May I ask why? On top of it I have complaint against it for like 10 times in the past but to my surprise each time I have heard a answer ‘sir it will take 12 days to this’. In time time you are telling me that for 12 days I have to stay without network and that too your team is never sure so to when this will resolve. Even after complaining so many times am still stranded as the most latest event as since yesterday my phone is out of network in spite of having enough money. Not to forget when I call your team @121 they don’t give me any options to complaint, kudos team Airtel as don’t think of you not giving any option of complaining people won’t complaint against you. I’m thoroughly fed up with you and wishes to port my number. This service is not something I wish to avail. Your team is not up to the mark
