I asked to change to top up from bill pay. I received a text saying the network maybe be down shortly. It has now been 5 days. I rang customer service and was told this is normal and standard is3 to 5 days. On day 4 I rang customer service and was told it was an issue. So now it is not standard and no one can tell when this will be resolved. I am unable to contact anyone and no one can contact me. This is terrible customer service as no one can give me a straight answer.
