Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Network Coverage Issue on 8884507892 (Vodafone)
Connection Type: Corporate Postpaid Connection
From last 20 days, there is no network coverage in my place, absolutely no network at all. This is a corporate connection and I have been writing back and forth emails to Corp Care at Vodafone however people seem to have been least bothered about it and in every response I get to hear is, do this, do that, etc… all standard easy no-brainer responses but unfortunately nothing works and no in Vodafone is ready to own the issue. Request your assistance in getting this resolved at the earliest. If needed, I can share the email conversations that has happened between me and Vodafone Corp Care people.
I’m out of reach on my official number which is causing tremendous trouble to me. I hope you can understand the pain of going not reachable on official number especially amidst of current lockdown situation where everyone and everything is dependent on virtual availability. I’m laterally having to spend my day in the balcony trying to catch network or climb up to the terrace to take or make calls.
I’m not sure what Vodafone can do resolve the problem which has occurred all of a sudden in last few weeks as it all worked okay before that. I would want someone responsible in Vodafone to own up this issue and resolve
