My name is Ahmed Patel and I have been using a Vodafone connection since more than a decade now. Earlier the network reception was the best available. But since quite some time the network has become really pathetic. Some places the network is very good but other places it is very very bad. And the worst part is that it is almost nonexistent at my home. This is really frustrating. The network bars are available but internet just wont work. A simple YouTube video takes too long to load even in lowest settings. What is more heartbreaking is to see users with other service providers like Airtel, Jio, and the likes enjoy seamless connection. It really makes me to consider switching to one of those service providers to get some peace of mind. Please do something about it urgently. There are a lot of Vodafone services users in my area who face similar problems on a regular basis.
