From last 1 week am not able to use data for apps it’s speed is fluctuating from 0.0kbps to 0.05 kbps,and am not able to make call and receive call it’s directly getting disconnected or getting voice issue alot, I have mail this to jio n also called on 198 but problem not solve, mail team gave me timing of 9. Hrs but time is over problem not solve
