The Airtel network is not consistent. It works for some time and its completely down for most of the times. My work is getting disturbed. I feel fooled by this telco.
I’ve made complaints about this and followed up lots of times since 4 months back.
Customer care is very poor. They just say the words and nothing is happened. I recently recharged for 456 plan 2 days back and now network is very poor and I can’t able to be connected to my team in work (WFH). I need refund immediately so that I can port to some other network that is good in my area. I don’t want to be fooled anymore by the words of Airtel Customer care.
