Hello..
This has been a while facing network and internet speed issue all over areas. I have complained so many times to customer care and even tried to port as well. But the issue is still not yet resolved. This would be my last complaint. I would be looking to other service providers if it will not get resolved on priority basis. I can not Express in word how frustrating your your services are these days. I am the not the only one who is facing these issues, there uncountable people facing the same issue. I just want to ask you why why why I am paying you every month. This time it would be final and I am swear that I ask thousands of my office friends to switch to other provider. Last time your advocate stated that services will be better in 4 days and it has been more than a month. I am fed up with your services. Either you improve your services or stop advertising that India’s fastest network and start advertising India’s service provider because this is the only thing you can do nothing much more expected from you.
