Dear Sir/madam
I KISHOR NAIK riddance in Bangalore metropolitan city, I was ported my number from airtel to Vodafone on 21-12-2018, from that date I m facing lots of issue like network dropping, call disconnecting, internet speed is coming like 2g speed, I Log a complaint to the coustemer care on 24-12-2018 when I speaking with cousteme care people 3 time that call has been disconnected, they told me your problem will be solve within 31-12-2018, and our network team will contact you in 48 hours , as it is they have called me , i told them to give me 5 minutes I will call you back, after 5 minutes I tried calling them it’s ringing but they didn’t pick my call , every 30 minutes I called them from 5 to 7 time they didn’t pick up my call.
Again I called customer care today about my complaint, the customer care guy is not respond properly, he was telling wait till 31 , I explained about their network team calling, again he told wait till 31december 2018 .

Please take proper action against vodaVoda and resolve my network and INTERNET problem as soon as possible, it’s my humble request
