I junaid ali have complaint regarding issue with network and data connectivity to reliance jio customer via phone call and email also but everytime i just heard that our team is working on it will be resolved soon but its almost 20 days the problem still exists and the company email care is sending me repeated same còpy paste messages as our team working on it ìt will be resolved but when no one is admitting they are having problem and they cannot solve or it won’t be resolve its like if you wish to continue just go as it is going.
Customer care it to resolve problem but they are showing like we are just using network and don’t raise voice if any problem persist and should go with the flow and use as it is going. But i have paid for the service and i need the proper service for sure.
I’m sorry to inform that its the worst experience i have ever seen from telecom company who don’t even care for consumer and showing their attitude we don’t care if you facing problem just deal it or leave.
Please look into the matter and resolve my problem at the earliest
