Hello,
I am from writing this mail from Gumanpura,Kota,Rajasthan(25.176815,75.846136).
Even after recharging every time with 4G data packs in JIO,not getting speed greater than 50 kbps. This problem occurs in the time span from 8 am to 12 am.Even the 3G speed is far better than this.
I am facing the issue since last 8 months. Every time I lodged complaint at JIO customer care,they say it will resolved after 12 am. Thy never provided any kind of Docket/Complaint number. Whenever I asked for it they disconnected the call by saying ‘We shared the details with you if you have to ask for anything else then you can or else call will be disconnected‘ And the very next day it’s same. Nothing gets resolved. JIO is taking the money but not providing services. There is no such company right now who provide this kind of lame speed. I tried changing the sim,there was no such issue. but the problem starts when the JIO comes to play. I even tried by changing the phone but the problem remains. It’s like JIO is basically ditching the customers by giving false advertisement and promises.

Everytime I write to them,they say it’s good coverage area. Well the truth is the signal strength – 107 dBm 33 asu in my area. Which is in technical term is very bad coverage/low signal strength.
