Text of Complaint by Lovegiri Goswami:

I have completed on 8th December @ 1:35pm for a network problem i had discussed with Hemant and i had asked for my complain number, but i didn’t got after that today on 13 December @5:25pm for update of last complain and to submit new complain, i had talked with Aakash he had told me that you had not complained on 8 December, so i had told to transfer call to supervisor then he had refused to transfer miss behave with me i had warned him to complain on him he was telling that i don’t care about that. is this way to talk with consumer? Totally disappointed with Vodafone
