To inform you that still my network issue is not resolved. I have been following up with vodafone since last 3 and half months to resolve my network issues, but every-time complaint get closed without resolution. Is this type of service you are serving to old customers?
I am continuously following up with customer care that i will not pay these 3 months bill because i have faced a lot in these 3 months, then why should i pay amount. Please clear my all pending amount and resolve my problem asap. If you cant be able to weave my bill amount then let me know i will go for other service provider to use their network, because i cant bear this anymore now.
I really get frustrated from this vodafone network and will not suggest anyone in future to be with vodafone.
