Hello Vodafone India
My name is Nitesh Rahate from Nagpur (Maharashtra,) from last 6 to 9 month I’m facing really bad network service of Vodafone.
I contacted number of time to your customer service center on CALL & PERSONAL visit some time they put call on hold and not giving proper response and i also ask for complaint number they don’t gave me
Issue :- if any power cut in our area (godhani) now day it is very common to us the network will shut-down not even 3G or 2G network is their & it after power comes back it takes 20 to 30 min to give network.
I hope you understand the issue and request you to be solve as early as possible their is huge coustomer base in Godhani.
