Sony LIV is a website owned by SONY PICTURES NETWORKS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
which streams online content for entertainment purposes. I made a payment of INR 999 for purchasing the annual subscription pack. However neither has a receipt been provided to me nor has a message for a failed transaction been sent to me. As per the confirmation from my bank, the transaction has been successful and the money has reached the merchant ie. Sony. I have written several mails to Sony ( I have attached several of these here ). The reply to my mails is vague and they always send a new mail which does not have any context or description of the previous mails. As per their last communication my account is active for a Vodafone number which I had requested for deactivation almost 6 months ago and this number is in suspended state since January 2021. I made this payment in May.
All relevant mails and documents have been attached. Kindly help me recover my money as this is a clear case of cheating.
