DEAR SIR, I fed up with worst kind of customer service standards adopted by vodafone. They ask for our feed back. When I give my feedback, it will not get accepted. I think they accept feedback only if the given feed back is according to their likes or taste I suggest that it is better they close their customer feed box which is not customer friendly. From the last one month they have disconnected my mobile network for no fault of mine. I have enough balance in my prepaid account. I have asked for prepaid unlimited calling plan like JIO 399 which has free calling and validity period of 84days. Instead they have sent 399 monthly post paid plan which I rejected to accept on the spot. From that date they have disconnected net work of my mobile. I have already suffered more and also incurred and incurring losses continuously. I hope you will look into the matter and get me justice Yours faithfully, |
