Sir,

I tried to recharge the Rs.49 net pack on 31st of December, 2018. The recharge was successful but I wasn’t able to use the service. I tried calling the customer care centre, in response due to technical reason this recharge will not get activated in your airtel mobile number 9744680963. Then I told them to refund the particular amount to my bank account, but they aren’t doing that. Just imagine if Airtel has 5 million prepaid customers, out of that half a million does Rs. 49 & 92 pack recharge. Airtel is not giving the amount back to the customer, they are crediting it to the prepaid balance. At the hand, the customer doesn’t get the service and in the other, the Airtel is pushing the poor customers into a particular zone so that they can use that amount to avail their services only. For which they are claiming the reason for some technical issues. Actually, this went over a week. When I asked about, why Airtel is not blocking these recharge packages if they know, some technical issues being going on for Rs.49 & Rs. 92 packs. This purely shows their double standard and greediness. Still doing all these always these guys get away. I really need justice, whole India needs justice.
