I ordered decorative birdhouses worth HUF 30,000 from the QIQIBUY webshop. It was advertised on Facebook. I received the package today. I opened it and was shocked to find that the product was not as advertised. The quality is poor, the size is much smaller than in the ad. They fooled me. Unfortunately, I don’t have an address where I can return it. Could you help me? That’s a lot of money and I want it back.
