Order ID 3074
My sister Dipika Singh placed an order with Ethnic Cube online On 9th November. It was a prepaid order worth Rs 179/-. It is not about the amount, it’s about the fraudulent behaviour of the firm. We are frustrated now.
First of all Company didn’t deliver the order.
Secondly they have already updated on their site that order was delivered / fulfilled.
Thirdly we are continuously chasing the company to at least revert us where is our product or the refund. But not getting any single response from them.
On top of this when today I happened to luckily connect with the customer, they are saying order was pending due to wrong pin code. For which I checked and the error was not from our side. We had mentioned the pin code correctly as 226010. He says it’s wrongly written as 236009.
He said he’ll be calling back in 2 minutes. Till now no calls received. Neither they are taking my calls.
This is completely a fraud company. We need our product or refund any how.
