Text of Complaint by Akash Kushwaha:

I placed an order with La Pinoz Pizza on the ONDC platform via Paytm at 3:15 PM on September 4, 2023. The order consisted of 2 Capsicum Pizzas and 1 Onion Pizza, with a total price of Rs 164. Unfortunately, my order was experiencing delays, prompting me to contact the merchant in an attempt to get an update on the status. Regrettably, I did not receive any response from them.

At approximately 4:27 PM, I received a call from a lady representing the La Pinoz Pizza outlet. She informed me that a delivery rider had not yet been assigned to my order. Then, at 4:43 PM, I received another call, this time from an individual named Gazal, who identified herself as being from ONDC. She presented me with two options: either accept the order, which had been prepared over an hour ago and was no longer fresh, or cancel it with the caveat that I would not receive any refund. This conversation with Gazal was not only unpleasant but also quite rude.

In response to Gazal’s actions, I expressed my intention to take serious measures against her and the situation. In a dismissive manner, she responded with an indifferent “do whatever you can do.” I believe that Gazal’s conduct during this incident was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I believe appropriate action should be taken in response to her behavior.
