I had ordered Redmi 9 prime mobile on 2nd October 2020 and paid Rs. 9998 by net banking. Order No. is 402-2878912-6457950. In the amazon login page it was shown that the package will be delivered on 4th October 2020. But on 4th October no package was delivered to me and no message and email was sent to me regarding delivery. On 5th October, I checked the shipment track in the amazon login page and found that the package was out for delivery at 9:00AM and was delivered at 9:15AM on 4th October. Is it possible to deliver a package in just 15 minutes?. I then made a complaint in amazon customer care that the package was not delivered to me though it was shown delivered (at 9:15AM on 4th October 2020) in amazon login page. and no message and email was sent to me regarding my complaint. Customer care told me to wait for the next 3-4 days for the package. But till 9th October package was not delivered to me and no message was sent to me. So on 9th October 2020, I again contacted Amazon customer care and they confirmed to me that the refund will be given to me within the next 7-8 days as delivery was too much delayed. Again no refund confirmation message was sent to me. I wait till 17th October for the refund. But no refund was given to me. I again contacted Amazon customer care and they told me that a complaint has been lodged for delivery and refund issues. On 23rd October Amazon told me that refund will not be possible as their investigation team confirmed that the package was delivered to me. But the customer care denied to share any proof of delivery of the package/item.
