Text of Complaint by JIYA TOM:

Dear sir,
I have purchased 20 count Splendiff ceramic Aroma Diffuser Oil Burner White ( with rose petals, himalayan rock salt,and two tea light candles) on 4 th september
2021 with order number 402-1336124-1399551 and order total is of Rs. 2486.
The order was delivered on 21st september 2021.But unfortunately, I have received 11 fully broken ceramic diffuser pieces may be as it was mixed
along with the rock salt in the package and 9 with minor problems. I asked
for a return or refund, but your customer service team rejected both and
said that the correct product was delivered in an intact condition in the
package. But the pack I received consisted of damaged items and I do have the unboxing videos and the broken products images with me. I do herewith

Kindly request you to look into the issue as soon as possible as it is really painful to part with my hard-earned money.
