This is in regards to the problem I am facing related to call waiting on my number. On 17th October 2018, Wednesday, I visited to Vodafone Baner Store (Shop No 1, Rohit Residency, Baner Rd, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045) and was attended by a lady named as Shweta.
I asked her to start my call waiting service as the settings were perfectly fine in my handset and there is some issue with the network.
She immediately said, she has emailed the issue to the concerned team and it will be resolved within 48 hours. In case, if it doesn’t work out she will call me and update.
Its been already more than 48 hours and I am still facing the same issue. Moreover, there is no call back as well from her side.
I specifically asked, that I hope I have not to visit the store again for this small issue for which she replied she will definitely call me.
On asking if there is any way I can follow up on this issue, she repeated the same that she will call me and denied to share any Store contact numbers or any ticket number assigned.
Can you please take an strict action against no response from the store and expedite the procedure.
I have been missing many important calls due to this issue.
