It’s the worst service or negligence of the Flipkart PayLater Team. Due to their negligence in updating the payment made by the customer it’s impacting customer CIBIL. I don’t know what’s happening with Flipkart Team, they even responding and giving false commitment that they will resolve the issue within the given timeline. It’s showing 55dsys over for 2 months in my CIBIL even though I made payment ontime. I escalated this issue to graviance team they didn’t respond a d giving false commitment that it will resolve with next x days and they were closing the incident that raised every time.
