Sir/ Madam I’m here to file a complaint against paytm postpaid service decreasing my cibil score and making unnecessary calls to pay the loan which i have paid on 14/9/2022 as payment has been sent to their address but yet they have not updated that on their and cibil and it causes bad effect on my cibil score they call a lot to pay loan which i have paid already but they say we only received Rs.5 but actually i have paid them full Rs.5000 which was even not used i just used 2000 but i have paid them 5000 even after that they are calling again and making negative impact on cibil when they call i have shared screenshots of payment with them then they just cancel the call and does not update further
