I’ve been wrongly charged with an amount of 950 and my airtel money wallet is on hold due to the same reason. My wallet is showing a negative balance of 739 instead of the amount of rupees 200 that i had added to the wallet.
They’re claiming that these are toll charges while I’ve not been outside the city.
I’ve emailed them about it and even called them but they don’t seem to care.
