Dear Sir /Madam,
On 12th November 2020, through the HDFC NEFT transaction, I have transferred the amount of Rs. 10000 to my beneficiary. The amount got debited from my account but the same amount was not credited to my beneficiary account.
Already gave multiple complaints to both the Banks, but I’m not getting a proper solution for my transaction. Both the bank just pushing the query to the opposite banks and not taking any responsibility for my transaction.
