Dear Sir or Madam,
Need your urgent help required in this. I am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount of Rs. 588/- & 592/- on my number 9557774309. The amount is inaccurate because wrongly commitment from your side by the your executive on the call. In 11th may we received the call from Vodaphone customer regarding pending bill amount because of I am not getting April-20 month salary so I am unable to pay the April month bill than we received the call on 11th may from your side. We discussed with that person who call me regarding extra charges waiver after requesting by me he said me your extra charges are removed so please pay the rest amount of 960/-. After that I paid the 960/- immediately. After that we received the next bill and I’m shocked with extra charge amount of Rs. 178/- which is already waived from your side but still this amount is sowing in my bill. Why I am given the extra amount? He is miss guide me and miss communication with me. It is not acceptable by any customer. I called to Customer care but there is no solution. After some time I pay the amount of Rs. 658/- on 25th June against bill amount of Rs. 716/- after discussed with executive and your executive insure me next time no error in your bill. We received the June bill i seen there are other charges amount of Rs. 100/- than I again call in your customer care services he said only 50/- are extra charges in your bill and no waiver this amount and cut the phone. but on Vodaphone app the bill is showing 100/- extra charge. So I am not pay the bill than we received the July month bill I see same problem in this bill. I call your customer care again & again but there is no answer. Now, company is not ready to corporate with me, it was totally unprofessional. Also, it looks that person is not working for company interest. Today I call your customer case services he said there in no reversal against you bill. I am requesting your executive please take your senior on line he refused every time and no solution on this.
Kindly settle the amount as soon as possible. Do the needful and take appropriate action against this guys.
