Hi Team,

Again same thing happened, your pick-up boy came near to my building but he denied to come at building 3rd floor and he cancelled the product return request.

Why this happening repeatedly? Can you please do higher escalation again the pick up boy.

I am very disappointed with your service.

Requesting you to please give this pick-up request to new executive so he can come to my floor and pick up this product.

Same like previous, He was asking me to throw that item box(which I want to return you) from 3rd floor to ground.

I did not throw that product. I was sure, if I throw that goggle box from 3rd floor to ground floor then definately product might get damaged. Is this the correct way to pic-up the order from customer place?

Request you to please take strict action against that pic-up boy. This happened second time.

Also request you to please share the complaint mail Id so I can escalate this issue to higher level.
