This is to inform you that my children has wrongly placed said ticket that’s why I’m trying to cancel this ticket but I’m unable to do at my end ,as I have informed ticket was booked by mistake from my child which is also under 5 year,I also trying to cancel at my login but when I was login & found there is no option available for ticket cancellation because of said ticket was not booked under cancellation policy ,if you checked my previous history you can found my neat & clear record, I also booked ticket in under cancellation policy many times in my past, but this ticket is unfortunately booked by my children who is also not aware about money because of he is just 3+years,as per my knowledge this is an exceptional case ,so I’m requesting you please consider it as exceptional case so that I can use paytm services in future as I’m using since long ,since Paytm Bank was not launched in Bank services that time when I was using paytm .

Please make our trust as you already maked from  last many years this is my first mistake .so I’m requesting you kindly cancel said ticket & refund amount .
