I have tried to made a flight ticket purchase through UPI of rupees 7622 on Yatra online on May 20 2019 at 08:18 PM. However, the transaction got failed at yatra due to session timeout at Yatra but money got deducted from my account. I had checked with my bank and they confirmed that the transaction has been gone to yatra. I also checked with Yatra and they have asked for the bank statements which I have already given to them in the mail. Now, everytime, I asked for update from Yatra, They are saying that they will need 24 to 48 hours for investigation. It’s already been more than 15 days and I am still waiting for response from Yatra. Also, I am going through a lot of mental pressure as the amount is very high for me and I believe some fraudulent activity happened at Yatra online causing the issue. I am attaching the necessary evidence for reference as well.
